Marimekko Tiiliskivi Rug Brown

Description

Infuse your space with warm, architectural sophistication through the Marimekko Tiiliskivi Rug Brown, a hand-tufted masterpiece crafted in India from 100% high-quality New Zealand wool. This striking geometric design reinterprets the Finnish word “tiiliskivi” brick as a perfectly aligned grid of rectangular blocks, each one richly raised and deeply textured to create a rhythmic, sculptural surface that plays beautifully with light and shadow. The sumptuous burnt-amber-tobacco brown tone is elegantly framed by crisp off-white lines, delivering a bold yet refined contrast that feels both modern and timeless. The plush, dense wool pile offers an exceptionally soft, velvety underfoot experience, combined with outstanding durability, natural warmth, subtle sound absorption, and a luxurious tactile depth that invites barefoot indulgence. Ideal for living rooms, studies, entryways, or any interior seeking structured elegance, earthy richness, and understated Scandinavian luxury, this piece transforms the floor into a quiet work of art. Important Tip We recommend that an anti-slip pad such as Total Grip is used underneath rugs to prevent slippage between the rug and the surface it is placed on.Please note: Allow for a slight variation of colours depending on monitor settings.
